Great Falls Insulation was founded in 2023 by a team that grew up in Great Falls and knows what Montana winters actually feel like. The idea came from a simple, recurring frustration - neighbors and family members paying high heating bills for homes that stayed cold no matter how high they set the thermostat.
The cause was almost always the same: inadequate insulation. Great Falls has a large share of housing built in the 1940s through the 1970s, and those homes went up long before insulation requirements reflected what Montana winters actually demand. The famous chinook winds and hard-freeze temperatures here expose every gap in a home envelope, day after day from October through April.
