Great Falls Insulation provides residential and commercial insulation services in Great Falls, Montana and surrounding areas. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Blown-in and batt insulation
• Crawl space insulation and vapor barrier installation

All services are subject to an on-site assessment and written estimate before work begins. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.

3. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided by Great Falls Insulation are based on conditions observed during the on-site assessment and the scope of work discussed at that time. Estimates are not binding contracts until a written agreement is signed by both parties.

Prices may change if the actual scope of work differs materially from what was assessed - for example, if additional insulation removal is needed, if unforeseen structural issues are discovered, or if material costs change between the estimate date and the scheduled installation. We will notify you of any changes before proceeding with work beyond the original scope.

All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and are exclusive of any applicable taxes or permit fees unless otherwise stated in the written estimate.

4. Scheduling and Cancellation

Appointments for on-site estimates and installation are scheduled by mutual agreement. We ask that you provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in a scheduling fee at our discretion.

We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you as soon as possible and offer a replacement appointment promptly.

Work is subject to permit approvals where required. Delays caused by the permitting process do not constitute a breach of our agreement.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your written estimate or service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• A deposit may be required before materials are ordered or work is scheduled.
• Remaining balances are due upon completion of the work and your approval of the finished job.
• Invoices not paid within 30 days of the due date may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.

We accept payment by check, cash, and credit card. Returned checks are subject to a returned check fee. If payment is not received, we reserve the right to pursue collection through any legal means available.

6. Customer Responsibilities

To allow us to perform work safely and effectively, you agree to:

• Provide safe and unobstructed access to all work areas before the scheduled appointment.
• Remove or secure personal items, pets, and valuables from work areas prior to installation.
• Disclose any known hazardous materials, structural issues, or access constraints in the work area.
• Ensure that an adult (18 or older) is present or reachable during the work.
• Follow any re-entry or ventilation instructions provided by our crew after spray foam installation.

7. Warranty Disclaimers

Great Falls Insulation stands behind the quality of our installation work. If a defect in workmanship is identified within one year of project completion, we will return to address it at no charge, subject to the conditions below.

This workmanship warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by events outside our control, including water intrusion, pest activity, fire, or structural movement.
• Modifications made to the insulated area by the customer or a third party after installation.
• Performance issues resulting from conditions that were not disclosed or visible during the on-site assessment.

Material warranties are provided by the manufacturers of the products we install and are separate from our workmanship warranty. We will provide manufacturer warranty information on request.

Except as stated above, our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Great Falls Insulation is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from our services or your use of our website - including lost savings, lost profits, or property damage not directly caused by our negligence.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to attempt non-binding mediation before pursuing other legal remedies. Mediation shall take place in Great Falls, Montana.

If mediation is unsuccessful, any remaining disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Great Falls, MT, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any legal action not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cascade County, Montana.
